Working offline

If Topaz Filer cannot access the server, the following message will appear:

When Topaz Filer is in "offline mode" you will not be able to perform any filing activities. You will also see this at the top of the filing model:

The application will periodically check to see if the server becomes available - in addition, you can click the message shown above to check to see if the server is available. Once connectivity is restored, the notification message will disappear and you will once again be able to file e-mails. In addition, when working on offline mode you will be able to file items as they are sent. (See "Filing an E-mail When it is Sent".) If you send e-mails in offline mode, when the server is avaliable once more open your Sent Items folder and drag-and-drop items from there.
