Opening the E-mail Store
When e-mails are filed using Topaz Filer, they are sent to a central store of electronic documents maintained by your company. From time-to-time you may find it necessarily to refer to the new location of the e-mails.
The Open E-mail Store option - which is available by right-clicking on any project in the filing model - allows you jump to the store where the e-mails are stored.
If you need help with accessing the e-mail within the store, please refer to your IT helpdesk.
