Filing an E-mail When it is Sent
When you send an e-mail within Outlook, you will be prompted to file it - Topaz Filer will present the following window to you and wait for a response:

You have three options at this point:
- Select a folder to file against by clicking in the box to the left of the desired folder. The tree that appears in this window is the same as the tree that appears in the main Outlook window.
- You can indicate that the e-mail is personal in nature and should not be filed (see "Marking E-mails as Personal".
- You can click the I will file this later button to indicate that you do not want to file the e-mail at this time. The e-mail can be filed later by selecting your Sent Items folder and dragging-and-dropping the e-mail in in the usual way.
The tree used on this window is able to suggest a project to file against based on past usage. See "The Quick Filing Panel" for more information.
