Remote Assistance from Topaz Filer Technical Support

If you have reached this page, you have been asked by our technical support department to enable remote access to your computer. This involves downloading and running an application from our Web site.

You will eventually see a window like the one below. Click the Run button to run the application.

You will then be prompted to enter an eight digit number that the support representive will give you. For example, 12345678 as per the screenshot below:

Once you are in the session the support representative they will request access to your screen and you will see a message like this appear:

Click the Show button and the support representative will be able to see your desktop and investigate and resolve the issue.
