The Quick Filing Panel
The Quick Filing Panel works in combination with the favourite filing nodes feature (see "Favourite Filing Nodes") to make filing of e-mails more efficient.
Whenever an e-mail is filed, Topaz Filer stores locally a mapping between the e-mail addresses involved in the e-mail and the project it was filed against. Whenever that combnation of e-mail addresses comes up again, the application is able to suggest where you want the e-mail filed. (This feature is also used when sending e-mails - see "Filing an E-mail When it is Sent".)
At the bottom of the filing model is a panel that changes depending on the selected item in the e-mail view. In this instance, the panel is able to suggest to the user that project "Faucibus Conque Pulvinar" might be appropriate for this e-mail:

At this point the user can click the bold File against... link to file that e-mail. (Alternatively the user can set the e-mail to be personal, see "Marking E-mails as Personal" or choose a project to file against via the File this e-mail link).
If Topaz Filer is unable to provide a hint, just the File this e-mail and Mark as personal options will be displayed, like this:

If you have multiple items selected and they all appear to be related, the application will provide an option to file all of them against the same matter, for example:

Finally this panel is also used to show the filing state of the selected item. In this instance, the user has selected an e-mail that has been filed against the "Adipiscing Dignissm" project for "Acertif Homecare Ltd":
