Searching for emails 

Within a team, one of the most important tasks is locating information. Topaz Filer will allow a user to carry out a search on the stored emails and present them with a list of results. This means a team member can look at the results and find the required email quickly.

The search function looks at the information in the header and the body of the email. The user is then presented with a list of emails matching the search criteria with a preview pane showing the email. The user can then scan through the results to find the information required. The user can open the selected email and action the email within Outlook.
