Capturing sent emails

In the modern world where so much business is done via email, users often file their emails into a folder in their inbox. However often the user does not file the sent items in the same folder. This means that a large amount of data is not filed and can be lost.

Using Topaz Filer the user will be prompted to store outgoing emails. Users are presented with suggestions of where to file the email, most recently used locations, pinned locations and the full store if somewhere new. This gives the user the ability to select a storage location quickly, making the task second nature. Thus ALL sent emails can be stored in the central location ready for any member of the team to view and action.

If the email is to a personal address and does not need filing, this address can be added to a personal exceptions list. This means that the user will not be prompted in the future. Addresses selected as private can deselected by the user if they wish to be prompted next time they use it.
